Refund policy

At Navone London, customer satisfaction is important to us.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or promotional items unless faulty
